We accept a wide variety of insurances, including AARP, Aetna, ARKids, Ambetter, BCBS, Cigna, Humana, Medicare (Allwell/Wellcare), Medicaid, and UnitedHealthcare (UHC).

We are located on Highway 62 East, right next to the 7 Brew Coffee Shop and caddy corner to Jimmy John's.
3. Do you see infants or children?
Yes, we do! Chiropractic care for infants and children can support their immune system, improve sleep, promote better digestion, help with colic, and much more.
4. How long has Dr. Osgood been practicing here?
Dr. Osgood has been serving the Mountain Home community for over 25 years.
5. What are your office hours?
Our office hours are:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:00 AM - 11:30 AM and 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM (Last patient at 4:30 PM)
Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Thursday: Closed
6. Do you have a massage therapist? What are the hours? How long are the massages?
Yes, we have a massage therapist who specializes in deep tissue and sports therapy. Massages are available on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Please call us for specific dates and times. We offer 30-minute, 60-minute, and 90-minute sessions.
7. Do you offer x-rays?
Yes, we offer x-rays as part of our diagnostic services.
8. Do you carry supplements or other products?
Yes, we carry a range of products, including TENS Units, Chiropractor's Blend Supplements, Stopain, and Orthotics.

Your first visit typically lasts between 30 and 45 minutes.
